About Patrick

Patrick founded SPL Development Services Inc. to provide Human Resources and Governance and Strategic Services. He is a founding Certified Chartered Professional in HR (formerly the CPHR designation) and has served many medium small and larger organizations as the lead HR resource. He is a generalist with a wide range of Human Resources Services and is an instructor and course developer in HR, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development and Law for The University of Alberta and Dalhousie University.
